1. Acceptance
By placing an order with Permalli Gas Suppliers (online, phone, WhatsApp or in person) you agree to these terms. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are quoted as whole integers (e.g. KSh 1,050 for a 6kg refill).
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed (M-Pesa STK Push) or accepted as Pay on Delivery. Order numbers use the PG-#### format. Delivery is available to our service areas: Ngoingwa, Section 9, Landless/Happy Valley, Makongeni, Kiboko/Pilot and Thika CBD.
3. Payment
We accept M-Pesa STK Push and Pay on Delivery. M-Pesa transactions are processed via Safaricom Daraja; a receipt number is provided on successful payment.
4. Delivery
Cylinders are weigh-scale verified, EPRA-sealed and delivered to your kitchen. Delivery hours: daily 7:00 am – 9:50 pm. Delivery fees vary by zone (shown at checkout).
5. Product quality & safety
We supply EPRA-certified brands (Pro-Gas, K-Gas, TotalEnergies, Afrigas, SeaGas, Hass Gas). Every delivery includes a leak check; a free hose connection, pressure leak check and regulator calibration is offered on qualifying orders.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order before dispatch. M-Pesa payments are refunded to the same phone where applicable. See our Delivery & Refund Policy for details.
7. Limitation of liability
LPG is a flammable product. Customers must follow safety instructions. Permalli Gas Suppliers is not liable for misuse or damage arising after delivery.
