1. Delivery areas
We deliver LPG cylinders and accessories across: Ngoingwa Estate, Section 9 & Section 2, Landless/Happy Valley, Makongeni Phases 1-10, Kiboko/Pilot Estate and Thika Town CBD & Commercial.
2. Delivery hours & fees
Delivery hours: daily 7:00 am – 9:50 pm. Delivery fees vary by zone and are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. What you receive
Every cylinder is weigh-scale verified and EPRA-sealed. A leak check is performed before dispatch. Free hose connection, pressure leak check and regulator calibration apply to qualifying orders over KSh 1,500.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch. M-Pesa payments are refunded to the originating phone where applicable. Pay on Delivery orders can be cancelled by calling us.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. M-Pesa refunds reference the original transaction receipt. Timing depends on your provider.
