Gas Refill Near Me: Delivered in Your Area — Permalli Gas Suppliers
Gas Refill Near Me: Delivered in Your Area — Permalli Gas Suppliers
Searching for “gas refill near me” usually means you need cooking gas quickly, safely, and without travelling across town. Whether you are a homeowner, tenant, restaurant owner, or small business operator, finding a licensed supplier who delivers to your street is the most important step.
This guide explains how to find a gas refill near you in Kenya, what verified prices apply to common cylinder sizes, how to order online, and how to confirm delivery coverage in your specific neighbourhood. It also introduces Permalli Gas Suppliers, an EPRA Certified Hub (#THK-0842) based in Ngoingwa Estate, Thika, Kiambu County, and shows you how to check whether they deliver to your area.
What “Gas Refill Near Me” Means in Kenya
When you search for a gas refill near you, you are looking for a licensed LPG supplier that can:
- Deliver a filled, sealed cylinder to your address.
- Exchange your empty cylinder for a full one.
- Accept payment through M-Pesa STK Push or Pay on Delivery.
- Provide weigh-scale verified, EPRA-sealed cylinders.
Not every supplier advertises “near me” coverage accurately. Some operate from a single depot and only serve nearby estates. Others claim nationwide reach but have high delivery fees or long wait times for distant locations. The only way to be sure is to contact the supplier directly and confirm they cover your street or estate.
Verified Gas Refill Prices in Kenya
The following prices were verified from Permalli Gas Suppliers’ published refill configurator and apply at its Thika depot. Delivery fees, where applicable, are additional.
| Cylinder Size | Typical Use | Verified Price (KES) |
|---|---|---|
| 6 kg | Small households, single burners, students | KSh 1,050 |
| 13 kg | Average family homes | KSh 2,200 |
| 50 kg | Commercial kitchens, institutions, large households | KSh 9,900 |
Important: These prices may vary by brand, location, and supplier. Always confirm the total cost—including any delivery charge—with Permalli Gas Suppliers before paying.
Orders over KSh 1,500 may qualify for a free hose connection, pressure leak check, and regulator calibration.
How to Find a Gas Refill Near You
Finding a reliable gas refill provider near you involves three checks:
1. Check the supplier’s location
A supplier based in Thika may serve Thika and nearby Kiambu estates well, but delivery to Nairobi, Mombasa, or Nakuru may cost more or take longer. Knowing the depot location helps you estimate delivery time and fees.
Permalli Gas Suppliers operates from Ngoingwa Estate, Thika, Kiambu County.
2. Confirm service areas
Ask whether the supplier delivers to your specific estate, not just your town or county. A supplier may serve “Thika” but not every neighbourhood within it.
Permalli Gas Suppliers’ confirmed service areas include:
- Ngoingwa Estate
- Section 9 & Section 2
- Landless / Happy Valley
- Makongeni Phases 1-10
- Kiboko / Pilot Estate
- Thika Town CBD & Commercial
If you are outside Thika and Kiambu County — including Nairobi, Kiambu town, Ruiru, or other parts of Kenya — contact Permalli Gas Suppliers directly on 0714899200 or via WhatsApp to confirm:
- Whether they deliver to your specific location.
- What delivery fee applies.
- What the estimated delivery time would be.
3. Verify licensing and safety
Only buy from an EPRA-certified supplier. Permalli Gas Suppliers operates asEPRA Certified Hub #THK-0842, meaning its cylinders are weigh-scale verified and EPRA-sealed before dispatch.

Cylinder Safety Tips for Kenyan Households
- Store cylinders upright in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames.
- Keep cylinders out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not store cylinders in bedrooms or enclosed cupboards.
- If you smell gas, turn off the regulator, open doors and windows, and avoid switching electrical devices on or off.
- Never use a flame to check for leaks. Use soapy water on connections; bubbles indicate a leak.
- Replace gas hoses every two years or sooner if cracks appear.
- Replace regulators every five years or as recommended by a qualified technician.
